Sofigel came up from an opportunity of innovation of a family business, and a need regarding the employability of people with disabilities. It was created by two brothers, one of them deaf and unemployed, the other newly graduated.
Continuing the family business, the company has grown and currently has about 15 employees, 5 of which are deaf, winning in 2015 one municipal merit award of the city of Valongo.
The success of our products is the result of the bet on the quality of our raw materials, and the care with which we treat our employees.
